ABOUT
Fran Graham

Fran's extensive background in Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue, Community Emergency Response Training, International Disaster Relief, Fire and Police Chaplaincy, Critical Incident Stress Management, and the medical field, provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise that she uses to support those in crisis and psychological trauma.

As an emotional trauma specialist and disaster responder, working with individuals and groups, she has led various types of response teams to major disasters such as Hurricane Sandy, the Oso Mudslides, and the Montecito Mudslides, plus many smaller, seriously critical events, such as the Marysville Pilchuck High School shooting.

Fran's passion is to bring comfort in the midst of deep pain, and to equip others with the necessary skills to recognize the signs and symptoms of their own acute stress or trauma, and to take responsibility for themselves, by implementing excellent, holistic, and proven personal, self-care habits, to aid healing.

As a well respected instructor in her field, she trains others to do the same by preparing individuals, private entities, peer support teams, crisis response teams and chaplains, for deployment to many traumatic global, national, and local events, to provide critical incident stress management support, emotional and spiritual care, to anyone in need.

She has also worked with fire and police agencies in the United States as a consultant, instructor and team member, to implement strategies of resilience for those in the field responding to trauma. She has served as a key author in updating policy and operations for interagency and inter-discipline Peer Support and Critical Incident Stress Management teams whose documents have been used as a template nationally.
